Korhan Karadere

Hi everyone, I am Korhan, a first-year Biomedical Engineering student originally from Istanbul, Türkiye and I am thrilled to announce my application for the Vice President: Events role at the Consultancy Society. I believe that well-structured, high-impact events are key to equipping students with the skills, insights, and connections needed to succeed in consulting.

Throughout my life, I have actively taken part in societies, projects, and delegations, always seeking opportunities to engage, lead, and create impact. My experience in consulting societies, outreach, and project management has given me the ability to organize engaging and insightful events. Additionally, my experience in the European Youth Parliament has strengthened my ability to coordinate discussions, engage diverse audiences, and foster meaningful collaborations—skills that are crucial for organizing impactful events.

If elected, I will:
- Organize interactive case workshops, panel discussions, and hands-on consulting challenges.
- Expand networking opportunities with MBB, Big Four, boutique firms, and industry professionals.
- Foster collaborations with other societies to explore consulting in areas such as finance, technology, and sustainability.
- Ensure our events are accessible, career-driven, and engaging, providing both foundational and advanced insights into consulting.

I am committed to making the Consultancy Society’s events more dynamic, insightful, and career-focused, creating unparalleled opportunities for our members.
