Heya!

I'm Leon, a first-year student studying Economics, Finance and Data Science. Running for Events I hope to create high-impact opportunities for students to gain real insights and experience in consulting.

At Imperial, students across all years and courses consider transitioning into consulting, yet many don’t fully understand what the job really entails. What makes a consultant stand out? What do the firms look for? How can you prepare for this career path? These are questions I want to help answer - by making Consulting Society's events more interactive, insightful, and more practical.

I hope that through hands on experience such as case competitions, workshops, and masterclasses, our Consultancy Society can deliver on a high standard to anyone interested.

In my first year, I participated in case competitions and student consultancy projects that gave me firsthand insights into consulting. I want to replicate and expand these opprotunities to every society member. Consulting is a competitive industry, but breaking in doesn't have to feel initmidating and isolating. I was lucky to have a supportive group of friends that encouraged and supported me to explore the field. Now, I want to create the same supportive environment for all society members.
