As a fellow student with experience in networking and professional relationship-building, through my previous Carpentry experience and Internship experience. I am excited to run for Industrial Liaisons Officer. My ability to connect with industry professionals and organize engaging discussions will help bridge the gap between students and the aerospace sector.

My Vision:

1. Expand Industry Talks & Networking
• Bring in aerospace professionals from unique companies to show the breadth of opportunities available to students, in addition to industry giants in the sector.
• Organize interactive panel discussions and networking events to expose students to industry.
• Expand on the industry contact database for future collaborations.
2. Enhance Career Support
• Host CV, interview, and networking workshops tailored to aerospace careers.
• Introduce mentorship programs connecting students with professionals and alumni.
• Organize site visits to aerospace companies for real-world insights.
3. Strengthen Industry Partnerships
• Develop long-term sponsorships to support society initiatives.
• Promote student projects and research to companies for funding and internship opportunities.
• Foster closer ties between industry and academia to support curriculum development.
