Hi everyone!
I’m Inez, and I’m excited to be running for Vice President of the Chemistry Committee. This year, as the Industrial Relations Officer on the committee, I collaborated with the biochemistry and the biomedical sciences society to organise a successful career fair with over 15 companies and nearly 400 attendees. I’m proud of what we accomplished, and now I want to take on more responsibility.

Expand Career Opportunities: I will continue to support the new Industrial Relations Officer in organizing impactful career fairs, while also expanding our efforts to include additional workshops, networking events, and mentorship opportunities that connect you with top companies across diverse industries.

Exciting Activities & Collaborations: Building on my experience collaborating with the Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences societies for the career fair, I recognize the immense value of teamwork. I’ll work to forge even more partnerships with other societies to bring diverse perspectives and industries together, creating engaging events that offer even greater opportunities for everyone. Events that we can hold include sports friendly matches.

Support for the Committee: As Vice President, I will do my best to support the president and every committee member in achieving their goals. Whether it’s assisting with event planning or providing guidance, I’ll ensure we’re all working together to make this year a great success!!
