Dear fellow students,

I am Siyi Yu, and I am honored to be running for the position of Chinese Events Officer in 2025. As someone who is passionate about Chinese culture and language, I understand the importance of cultural events in promoting multicultural exchange and strengthening community bonds. If elected, I am committed to organizing a variety of engaging activities that will allow more students to experience and appreciate the richness of Chinese culture.

My goals include:
1. Diverse Events: Planning a range of activities such as traditional festival celebrations, language corners, cultural lectures, and film screenings to cater to different interests and needs.
2. Enhanced Participation: Encouraging more students to get involved through interactive workshops and competitions, enriching their cultural experiences.
3. Collaboration and Innovation: Partnering with other societies and departments to co-host cross-cultural events, fostering cultural exchange and understanding.
