Rawahah Farazi

Hi everyone,

I am Rawahah, a third year chemist and would like to be your open days manager for next year in WSET.

When I was a student deciding which course to study, I received a lot of help in the form of mentoriship, work experience and summer school programmes. This has inspired me to become a student ambassador at Imperial which has provided me the opportunity to share my experiences with younger students to inspire them towards STEM. I have enjoyed working on open days, summer schools and leading workshops for prospective STEM students of a range of ages. In addition to this, I have also volunteered and mentored students with the organisations that helped me on my way to becoming a student at Imperial. Having been and worked on different schemes, I have the skills and passion to inspire more women into STEM and be successful as your open days manager.
