Hi everyone! I first started volunteering for ICSM Vision in first year and was so impressed with the events they provided for aspiring medics!

Therefore, I am pleased to stand for the role of Recruitment Officer and enlist ethusiastic individuals to ensure that ICSM Vision continues to be an inspiring, supportive society!

As recruitment officer, I want to ensure that more students are aware of the incredible volunteering opportunities within ICSM Vision and feel encouraged to join. By working with different societies and representatives, I aim to expand ICSM Vision's reach in recruiting volunteers by running targeted campaigns.

My commitment to this role and ICSM Vision is evident through my active involvement in various conferences, assisting with personal statements, and participating in MMI's. These hands-on experiences have strengthened my passion to continue expanding ICSM Vision's impact, which is why I have decided to apply for the role of Recruitment Officer.
