Hi everyone!

My name is Vedant, and I’m running to be Sponsorship Officer for Vision next year!

Vision is an incredible society that breaks down barriers for aspiring medics, and I know firsthand how important that support can be. Without the guidance and resources I received from older years, I wouldn’t have made it into medical school. That’s why I’m so passionate about ensuring Vision has the funding and sponsorships needed to continue helping students from all backgrounds achieve their dreams.

As Sponsorship Officer, my goal would be to secure and maintain strong relationships with sponsors to help Vision grow. I have experience in leadership and teamwork from being cricket captain for my local team, which has taught me how to communicate effectively, manage responsibilities, and bring people together to achieve a common goal. I’m proactive, organised, and confident in reaching out to new contacts to secure funding and opportunities for Vision.

If elected, I would work hard to:
✅ Maintain strong relationships with current sponsors.
✅ Seek out new sponsorship opportunities to expand Vision’s impact.
✅ Ensure that sponsorship agreements are well-managed and benefit both Vision and our sponsors.
✅ Increase sponsor visibility across Vision’s platforms (website, Instagram, Facebook).

I genuinely believe in Vision’s mission, and I would love the opportunity to contribute by making sure we have the resources to support as many aspiring medics as possible.
