I am thrilled to announce my candidacy for the role of Publicity Officer for the Neuro Society. With a strong passion for neuroscience and experience in event organisation, I am eager to enhance the society’s visibility and engagement.

As the Speaker Coordinator for Meeting of the Minds and Personnel Officer for the Trauma Conference, I have developed key skills in marketing, outreach, and event promotion. These roles have given me insight into crafting compelling promotional campaigns, liaising with distinguished speakers, and ensuring successful event execution. Additionally, serving as the student representative for the Neuroscience BSc this year has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with both students and faculty, fostering engagement within the academic community.

If elected, I aim to create innovative and engaging publicity strategies to maximize event attendance and interaction. I will utilise social media, eye-catching promotional materials, and collaborations to ensure that Neuro Society events reach a wider audience. My goal is to make neuroscience more accessible, connecting students with valuable opportunities and inspiring enthusiasm for the field.

With my experience, creativity, and dedication, I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to the society. I would love the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the role and help Neuro Society grow. I hope to have your support!
