A great society thrives on organisation, communication, and efficiency, and as Secretary, I will ensure that SORA runs seamlessly, keeping everything structured so members can focus on what truly matters—research and academia.

My experience in leading research projects on hypervigilance and vestibular perception, along with conducting clinical audits such as the DATES audit on TIA services and the Pharmacy First audit, has equipped me with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, maintain meticulous records, and coordinate effectively with teams. If elected, I will:

• Ensure smooth society operations by maintaining organised meeting minutes, clear documentation, and structured communication channels for both the committee and members.
• Enhance accessibility to research opportunities by compiling and distributing regular updates on research projects, events, and workshops, keeping members informed and engaged.
• Improve internal and external communications, making it easier for students to connect with researchers, mentors, and potential collaborators.
• Support the committee in executing a successful year, ensuring all initiatives—workshops, conferences, and networking events—are well-coordinated and efficiently run.
