Hello! I am Himanshi.

Having worked in leader and associate roles in projects with Cambridge Consulting Network, 180 DC, and ICG, I bring diverse consulting experience to the VP Projects role. My unique perspective as both consultant and client (on a GRC project) positions me to identify some key areas of opportunity and best practices.

Addressing Our Key Challenge:

Poor client communication holds back our potential. As VP Projects, I will:

1. Implement structured communication protocols including backup contacts
2. Conduct focused screening of clients to mitigate this problem
3. Provide training to Project Leaders on effective client management

I will help students extract maximum value by:

1. Fostering productive mentor relationships
2. Providing guidelines on tracking data and translating experiences into compelling CV points
3. Hosting workshops to help develop interview skills to showcase project impact

I am committed to elevating ICG's project quality, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring every consultant gains valuable skills that advance their careers.
