Rohan Boyapati

Hi, I'm Rohan Boyapati, a Year 3 medical student at Imperial College London. I am running for Cardio Treasurer because of my experience in managing finances and organizing events, and my strong interest in supporting the growth of the Cardio Society.

With my experience in planning and organizing events, I feel confident in my ability to manage the finances for the Cardio Society. I understand the importance of careful budgeting and allocating funds effectively to ensure the success of events. I have previous experience as a treasure in doctorpreneurs and I am motivated to ensure the financial stability of cardiovascular society as well. I will be involved in securing sponsorships, and expanding opportunities for cardiology-focused events and activities.

Plan:

• Manage the society’s finances, ensuring that funds are used efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain transparent records and provide regular financial updates to the committee and members.
• Secure sponsorships to help grow the society and support impactful events and initiatives.
• Organize a cardiology event for 10-11 year olds, helping to spark early interest in the field.
