Hi, I'm Nandhini, and I would be honoured to be your next Paediatrics Sponsorship Officer!

My passion for Paediatrics stems from my time spent on the wards as a Playteam volunteer, where I've seen how even the smallest moments can bring a smile to a child's face. Their hope and resilience allows them to find joy, no matter the circumstances, and this is something I truly admire.

Through volunteering at the London Undergraduate Paediatric Conference and attending the ICSM Paediatrics conference, I have gained invaluable insight into the teamwork and organisational skills required to run these events successfully. Additionally, my experience as being Sponsorship Coordinator for the Respiratory Medicine Conference has given me first-hand exposure to sponsor relations and funding management, preparing me to acquire highly reputable sponsors to secure funding for our educational endeavours.

My 3 main goals as Sponsorship Officer:

• Establish and maintain strategic sponsorships vital to expanding our society's reach and impact. Through strong partnerships with medical organizations and educational platforms, I aim to enhance our conferences, workshops, and outreach programs—giving students opportunities to engage with experts and develop their passion within Paediatrics.
• Identify new sponsors whose values align with paediatrics and create mutually beneficial partnerships. By fostering long-term relationships that benefit both the society and our sponsors, we can build stable financial foundations for our upcoming educational, research, and outreach initiatives.
• Work closely with the committee, especially the Treasurer, to allocate sponsorship funds effectively and ensure financial sustainability, security, and growth.
