Hi everyone! I’m Nesrin, a third-year medical student, and I’m excited to apply for the role of Volunteer Coordinator for the Play Team.

Having been part of the Play Team, I’ve seen firsthand the amazing impact we have on children in hospital, and I’d love to contribute by ensuring the smooth running of the volunteer experience. As Volunteer Coordinator, I will:

• Efficiently order, track, and distribute Play Team polos to ensure all volunteers receive them on time.
• Maintain an organised inventory of sizes and stock levels for easy management.
• Oversee the Polo Exchange Scheme, making the process seamless by matching buyers and sellers quickly.
• Communicate clearly with volunteers and committee members to keep everything running smoothly.

I’m organized, proactive, and dedicated to supporting the team. I’d love the opportunity to contribute to the Play Team’s continued success!
