Rajveer Mukherjee

Hey, I'm Rajveer. I'm a second year student Mathematics student and I'm excited to be running for Music AD next year. I've been a part of EMW music for the last 2 years and have had an amazing time performing in Ishq and being one of the choreos in Aashiqui. Since I was young, I've played a vast array of instruments to varying levels including the piano, drumkit, guitar, and saxophone. Music has very much been a constant in my life from a young age and I'm very grateful that I've been able to continue this on such an amazing show like EMW. My experience as a choreo this year has enabled me to see in more detail the organisational element that is integral to the show, something which will prepare me well for the tasks of AD. I have also done my Grade 7 in music theory, as well as doing a GCSE in music (99% ovr...), both of which I believe put me in a strong position to give feedback to other acts to ensure that all acts shine! If I am voted for as Music AD, my main aim would be to make music feel much more like a community, incorporating socials and events into the EMW calendar.

As both of my choreos last year have become Music ADs this year, I also feel it is necessary to continue the tradition and lineage (Ishq heritage).
