Siya Gupta

Hi everyone! I’m Siya, a second-year Bioengineering student passionate about tech and driving opportunities for women in STEM.

As Sponsorship Manager, I will work to ensure that Women in SET has the resources and partnerships to provide valuable opportunities for everyone involved. My experience as a business development intern has equipped me with skills in communication and client engagement, both necessary for maintaining long-term relations with sponsors.

As Sponsorship Manager, I will aim to:

1. Develop Diverse Partnerships – Build relationships with companies, organizations, and alumni from various fields to secure sponsorships for events.
2. Increase Student-Industry Engagement – Work closely with sponsors to offer women in SET members valuable opportunities such as internships, mentorships, commercial awareness, and networking opportunities.
3. Promote Women in SET—Highlight women's contributions through collaboration with companies dedicated to improving gender diversity in STEM.

With my experience in fundraising and communication, I’m ready to contribute to the amazing work Women in SET has been doing for us. Hope to meet you all soon!
