Paapa Baffoe

Hi everyone!

I'm Paapa Baffoe and I'm excited to be running for Publicity Officer this year. I recently joined the Boxing Society (thanks to my brother's nagging) and I was genuinely impressed by the dedication of both the coach and the members. The teaching style really resonated with me and I could feel myself improving with every session. This experience has made me want to advocate for the society and help it grow. And what better way to do that than as your Publicity Officer?

I have the skills and experience to take on this role effectively. I’ve always had a knack for marketing and putting myself out there. Most importantly, I have experience in social media, which will allow me to expand ICL Boxing’s reach and attract more members to experience this amazing sport.

One key area for improvement in our society is the number of social events and I plan to change that. Building a strong community of boxers, who push each other to improve, is essential and social events will help strengthen these bonds both inside and outside the ring.

Additionally, I aim to gather more feedback from members to identify areas for growth and ensure that everyone's voice is heard. By doing this, we can continue improving the society and make it the best it can be.
