Attending ICUMS's social events and participating in Malaysian Night has deepened my appreciation for the crucial role of sponsorships in enabling ICUMS to thrive. As a Malaysian student benefiting from these opportunities, I am committed to strengthen and maximize ICUMS’s existing connections to support members in their career growth journey.

My 3 main goals:
1. Cohesive Community
Cultivating a culture of engagement where students actively participate in ICUMS's career events. A point system will be introduced, rewarding dedicated participation to ensure members from freshers to graduating students benefit from career opportunities.

2. Corporate Connections
Enhancing sponsor engagement through company visits, allowing members to explore career paths aligned with their interests. Networking with employees provides valuable insights and expands connections, especially for those applying for internships or graduate programmes offered by sponsoring companies.

3. Career Catalyst
Boosting alumni relations through annual engagement dinner to provide career insights and networking opportunities. This event serves as essential preparation for ICAAM x ICUMS Mentorship Programme, providing members with industry guidance, career resilience strategies, and networking with experienced professionals.
