Competitions with Top Firms

• I will introduce firm-sponsored competitions, where Women in Business members will solve real-world challenges in teams.
• These competitions will be judged by company representatives, providing participants with direct exposure to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Whether it’s consulting cases, investment pitches, fintech strategy challenges, or marketing campaigns, these competitions will help members develop tangible skills and standout CV experiences.

Exclusive Mentorship Programme

• I will establish a one-of-a-kind mentorship programme, pairing small groups (2–5 members) with successful female professionals in top industries.
• These mentors will provide application support, career guidance, and insider knowledge to help members excel in recruitment and career progression.
• This will give our members early, meaningful connections to women who have broken barriers in business.
• I will actively engage with firms and industry leaders to increase internship and job opportunities for our members.

Networking that Works

• Our events will be designed to help you form real connections with top industry professionals.
• I will organise networking workshops that focus on making impactful connections, securing referrals, and navigating male-dominated industries with confidence.
