Clinical Genetics: President

Hi, I’m Arjun, and I’m running for President of the Clinical Genetics Society! I envision our society as a dynamic community where innovative research meets powerful communication skills, empowering every member to excel in clinical genetics.

My leadership journey—as Assistant Director at Harvard MUN and managing seven chapters at Freebiolabs—has given me a solid foundation in strategic planning and creative event management. If elected, I will build on our society’s strong reputation and drive new initiatives that complement our current research conference.

I plan to launch interactive workshops focused on enhancing poster presentation and scientific communication skills, ensuring that you can effectively share your groundbreaking research with clarity and confidence. Additionally, I’m excited to introduce “Gene BioHacks”—a Kaggle-style competition where teams tackle real-world genetic challenges using cutting-edge technologies such as molecular docking. This event will not only hone your technical skills but also foster collaboration and innovative problem-solving.

Alongside maintaining our established research conference, these initiatives will enrich our society’s offerings, forging strong partnerships with leading genomic organizations and tailoring events to meet your evolving needs. Together, we’ll transform our passion for clinical genetics into breakthrough innovations that make a tangible impact.

Vote Arjun for President, and let’s push the boundaries of clinical genetics, turning research into real-world solutions!
