I am excited to run for Secretary, bringing strong organisation, communication, and a passion for gastro! My recent colorectal placement was incredibly inspiring, deepening my appreciation for this field and motivating me to contribute more actively to the society.

This role requires attention to detail and efficient coordination, which I am also eager to contribute. I have experience managing meetings and keeping records in various contexts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and committee members feel well supported. Additionally, my role in organising national Art and Film Awards required teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving, skills I will bring to event planning - whether for tutorials, guest lectures, or other activities.

If elected, I will work hard to improve communication, streamline tasks, and create more opportunities for all members. With my dedication and teamwork, I will help make our society more organised, active, and engaging.
