Dimitris Alexopoulos

Hello everyone, my name is Dimitris and I'm a 3rd year EIE student running to be your next EESoc VP (Industry). My goals for next year are to help strengthen our industry connections, bringing in more sponsorship funding to bring even more amazing subsidized and affordable events to everyone. Furthermore, I would like to organize more interesting and useful sponsor events such as talks and workshops to help bridge the gap between students and the industry, better preparing people for their carreer searches and furthering their skillsets.

Having worked as the EESoc events officer this year I've helped organize some of the amazing events we've all enjoyed. I hope to now apply those skills to the industry side of EESoc. My experience in running other CSPs also gives me a more diverse background and skillset. I therefore once again ask for your support and I hope we can have another amazing EESoc year.
