Make AlgoSoc Great Again!

1. As the top university in Europe it is only right we host the best algothon on the continent. We will ensure the Algothon next year will be larger than ever, greater than ever. This means investing, investing, and investing with our funds in making the process as smooth as possible. We will gurantee the highest of quality when it comes to not only the operations, catering, but the competition platform. I have worked in the past a game designer, with a heavy focus on UI/UX, when we present our algothon to students around the globe, we are showing them the quality of Imperial productions.

2. Revitalize the Algocourse. With great enthuasiasm from members, the algocourse ran smoothly this year. There has been various feedback from members, and we hope to incorporate all into next year, including revamped coursework, inviting more speakers, and guest lecturers. We will ensure you are being taught by the best of the best within the industry, we are talking about Jane Street, Optiver, XTX.

3. I will work alongside our brilliant Head of Events, Head of Trading and the entire committee to bring together big events with large starpower. We will invite guests from top firms, industry experts who know their stuff and willing to transfer their years of experience to the brightest Imperial students. We see a huge opportunity in bringing AlgoSoc to the forefront of Imperial, and I hope you can share our vision too.
