Over the past two years, I’ve discovered a deep love for teaching and a commitment to inclusivity, particularly through my journey with British Sign Language. What began as an i-Explore module has blossomed into a genuine passion for the Deaf community and a desire to share the knowledge I’ve gained. Teaching isn’t just something I do—it’s something I love. From volunteering at my old sixth form to running my own private tutoring business, I’ve gained valuable experience in creating engaging, effective lessons. I will bring that same enthusiasm and dedication to this role. I believe learning should be fun and accessible and I plan to craft dynamic, interactive lessons that not only educate but also inspire. Whether it’s through BSL workshops, film nights, games or more, I’ll ensure our sessions are memorable and impactful.

As your Teaching Officer, I will actively seek your input and ideas. This role is about collaboration, and I am committed to listening, learning, and ensuring that your needs are at the heart of everything I do.
