Kho kho has been something close to me since a young age, having played it at my local Hindu group and with friends to being part of the Women's Kho Kho Premier League. It is a sport that I truly enjoy, as it mixes skill and intelligence, but also involves great teamwork.
This year I played for Imperial at Regionals and Nationals from which has helped me pickup the Imperial spirit and has made me want to take on the role of Coordinator to contribute to further improving our team and to go on and win these tournaments.
As well as regular training sessions, I want to have socials so that the team environment will be one where people of all skill sets can come together and enjoy playing the game, whilst also building a strong bond beyond the kho kho courts. This is the best way for people to really appreciate the sport and want to dedicate more time, as it will be something that is enjoyed amidst our busy uni life. As your Kho Kho Coordinator I will work hard to ensure that everyone is welcome and enjoys playing the sport.
