This would be an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the learning experience of ICSM's young students. I believe I am well-suited for this role due to my passion for medical education, strong organisational skills, and commitment to supporting my peers.

First and foremost, I am invested in enhancing the academic journey of early-year students. The transition into medical school can be extremely challenging, and I am eager to provide guidance, resources, and opportunities that foster confidence and academic success. Through tutoring students for over 5 years, I understand the importance of structured yet engaging learning, especially when entering the new world of a Medical degree which is unlike any educational experience students will have previously been exposed to.

I also possess excellent organisational and communication skills. I can efficiently coordinate tutorials/mocks, liaise with faculty, and collaborate with fellow society members to ensure the smooth delivery of MedEd's educational support. I am proactive in identifying the needs of students and adapting initiatives to address gaps in their learning experience. It is essential for students to receive resorces tailored to them and their timetable.

Overall, my enthusiasm for medical education, ability to coordinate effectively, and dedication to student success make me a strong candidate for Early Years Coordinator. I am eager to contribute to the society and help shape a positive and enriching learning experience for my peers.
