Medical Education: Early Years Coordinator

I’m excited to apply for the role of Early Years Coordinator because I genuinely care about making medical school a smoother, less stressful experience for early-year students. Having been in their shoes, I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate resources, prepare for exams, and figure out what’s expected.

For me, CPA tutoring and the CPA mock were game-changers. They provided the structure and realistic exam practice that the university itself doesn’t always offer. Having personally benefited from these resources, I am eager to give back and ensure that first- and second-year students receive the same support that helped me succeed.

Currently, I am involved in CPA tutoring for second-year students, which has been a fun and rewarding experience. Supporting and engaging with younger peers is something I am truly passionate about. As an older student, I believe it’s my responsibility to answer their questions, address doubts, and be a reliable support system.

A key priority for me is maintaining strong communication with early-year students, making sure they always have someone to turn to for academic support. Keeping the academic drive updated and organizing an efficient, well-structured CPA mock are also top priorities. By refining question banks, improving resource delivery, and providing clear guidance on exam expectations, I want to take the uncertainty out of medical school and help students focus on learning rather than stressing about assessments.
