Hey everyone, I’m Henry, and I'm running to be your Head of Technology Development. Technology sits at the heart of finance today—from algo trading to fintech innovation—and I'm running to equip us with the tools, skills, and platforms we need to stay ahead.

What I’ll bring to the table:

a. Introduce regular coding workshops covering Python, Excel modelling, and data analytics, all tailored specifically for finance.

a. Build an integrated online platform for society members, including resources, guides, tutorials, recorded events, and essential career tips.

b. Arrange hackathons and coding challenges sponsored by leading companies, giving members real-world exposure and networking opportunities.

4. Boosting Employability through Tech:

a. Launch tech career sessions focused on preparing members for technology-related roles in finance, including CV advice, mock interviews, and internships.

b. Develop and lead focused bootcamps around key tech skills.
