Jack Fletcher

Hi all! I’m Jack and I'd love to be your next DoCSoc Postgrad and Alumni Liaison.

I'm experienced from my time as an organiser at IC Hack. I met and worked with the sponsors on the day, running the talks and other events.

If you vote for me, I'll organise events for DoC students and alumni to connect. At different events, I have met lots of people, many of them Imperial alumni, and had some great talks with them about their experiences here at Imperial and in their career. These conversations were extremely valuable and I would like to give DoC students the same experience.

I love chatting to postgraduates and other students in higher years, to hear about their experiences at Imperial. I have really enjoyed being able to do this and I am really passionate about giving other undergraduates this opportunity and supporting our postgraduates.

If elected, I will organise events for our postgraduates for a well-deserved break, keeping contact with students (especially reps) to make sure we're running what people actually want. I will also plan alumni meet ups (something I would definitely appreciate when I graduate!) and events for alumni and current students to connect.

I would love to be a member of the DoCSoc committee and make the DoC experience better for everyone!
