Archisha Garg

Hi! I am Archisha, a third year student studying EIE (Electronic and Information Engineering). With first-hand experience in investment banking, trading, and quantitative finance, I bring deep industry insight and a strong professional network. My background includes a summer internship in M&A at Santander, spring week at Citadel, and I am an incoming Goldman Sachs trading summer intern.

As Head of Careers for the Imperial Finance Society, my aim is to bridge the gap between ambitious students and top-tier firms, ensuring every member has the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to succeed.

My objectives include:

-Organise case study competitions and hackathons in collaboration with top employers to provide hands-on experience

-Increase exposure to first year students to make them aware of opportunities such as spring weeks

-Offer mock interview and AC sessions, conversion workshops with experienced mentors

-Create a career handbook with key resources on CV building, application strategies, and technical interview guides

-Create a market insight series to send out every week
