As a current committee member, I understand the importance of raising awareness, creating impactful initiatives and uniting committee members to help identify our contribution to the cause. My experience and skills involve being on a multitude of medical academic societies including Respiratory, MWF, Dermatology and as mentioned Oncology society to name a few. Additionally, I have been coached prospective medical students with ICSM Vision and have been a lecturer for Phase 1a medical students. Through these experiences I have learned skills which would support this role and my main priorities as publicity officer would be to set up fun yet gripping campaign events.
