Paapa Baffoe

Hello everyone!

My name is Paapa Baffoe and I would be delighted to serve as next year’s Radiology Society Treasurer. I have a keen interest in radiology as a specialty, and I want to contribute to the society’s success by ensuring its finances are managed effectively.

I have had extensive experience managing finances as I have worked as a salesman for over 2 years. With this experience, I managed daily cash transactions, maximized profits and minimized losses, demonstrating financial responsibility and attention to detail. This job was also paperwork heavy which I understand is a big part of a job as a treasurer.

As part of the Doctorpreneurs subcommittee, I have worked on organizing events. This means I understand firsthand the importance of allocating resources wisely to ensure smooth execution. I also know how to strategically manage finances to maximize the value of events and sponsorships.

I am dedicated to making the Radiology Society more financially sustainable, allowing us to expand opportunities for members, secure higher-quality events, and foster greater engagement with students and professionals alike.
