Hey everyone!

I'm Sohani, a second year biomedical engineering student, and I have a great interest in the field of computational biology, specifically in computational modelling and and biomedical imaging. As someone who is hoping to undertake research in this field during the summer, I would love the opportunity to contribute to this exciting society in the future!

As events officer, I have many potential ideas for the club:

• Organise talks from students, researchers and industry leads to foster everyone's love for this field
• Coding workshops!
• Networking opportunities for students
• Host more casual events too, such as quiz or games nights

I am a well organised person with a lot of passion for computational biology, and I believe I'd be the right fit for this role. Thank you for your time :)
