Antonia Ngai

Hi everyone! I’m Antonia, a second-year Medical Biosciences student currently serving as Media & Publicity Officer for FemTech!

Over the past year, I’ve played a key role in expanding FemTech’s outreach, boosting engagement through effective marketing strategies and successful event promotion. Working closely with the committee, I’ve gained firsthand experience in event planning, sponsor engagement, and society leadership—all essential for overseeing FemTech’s continued growth.

Beyond my role at FemTech, I have experience in leading teams and making strategic decisions. As previous Head Girl and Head of Charity, I led committees, delegated tasks, and organized large-scale events—skills that will help me support the committee, facilitate decision-making, and drive the society’s vision forward.

My Vision for FemTech

I want to build on our momentum and continue establishing FemTech as a leading platform for women in technology, business, and STEM. My key priorities as Chair:

• Stronger Industry Partnerships – Expanding sponsorships and collaborations to bring in more high-profile speakers, networking opportunities, and hands-on workshops.
• Diverse & Engaging Events – Beyond panels, I want to introduce interactive case studies, hackathons, and mentorship initiatives to give members practical industry exposure.
• Committee Empowerment & Collaboration – Ensuring every team member is supported, tasks are effectively delegated, and we work as a cohesive unit to deliver high-impact events.

I’m passionate about FemTech’s mission and want to lead the society to new heights.
