Hi, my name is Yongmin and I am running to be your Equipment Officer next year!

As the treasurer for ICSM Music Society, I am currently responsible for the care and maintenance of all the society’s instruments and equipment. This has involved organising the annual inventory check, regularly assessing equipment conditions, and arranging repairs for damaged items. These experiences have given me the knowledge and skills to take on this role with confidence. I aim to:

• Update the current inventory spreadsheet for easier use whilst still continuing to document all items meticulously.
• Work with the treasurer to create an equipment hire list as an additional source of income.
• Introduce stash for members.

I am dedicated to keeping all equipment in the best possible condition and ensuring everything runs smoothly for the society.
