Tanya Gracias

Hi! I’m Tanya Gracias, a second-year Biochemistry student. Over the past two years, I have been involved with the Bioscience Review as both a writer and an editor, which has deepened my appreciation for its role in fostering scientific discussion. I want to help more students get involved and ensure they have the best possible experience.

As Secretary, I will:

• Improve engagement and collaboration - Organize society events and writing workshops to give members opportunities to connect, share ideas, and collaborate on articles.
• Support creative contributions beyond writing - Encourage involvement in editing, illustrating, and designing, ensuring diverse participation.
• Expand our digital presence - Develop the Bioscience Review website and strengthen our social media outreach to make our content more accessible and engaging.
• Introduce faculty-led talks - Organize research-focused talks with Imperial faculty from the Departments of Life Sciences and Medicine, providing members with valuable insights and networking opportunities.
