Hii!, I am Koel a first year Biotechnology student! I am a strong believer in the ability of science to be accessible and engaging! it was one of the reasons that led me to teaching middle school students biochemistry and also publishing a paper using machine learning to model detection of lung cancer. Bioscience has had a significant impact on my knowledge and the way I learn and what better way to help people feel the same passion I feel than by taking the role of Bioscience Review's Webmaster!
Why Me?
As someone who’s worked on science writing, policy, and research, I know how to make scientific discussions more inclusive & engaging for students from all backgrounds. I’ve also led successful digital campaigns for my school’s student council and various NGOs, boosting visibility and engagement. Now, I want to bring that same energy to the Bioscience Review—because let’s be real, bioscience is fascinating, but it deserves more than just academic articles.
