Dear members of IC Barbell,

Over the past 4 months I have had the privilege of being a dedicated member of this society; it was solely the community the made me commit to weightlifting and compete. Some of the strongest memories and experiences from Imperial have come from IC Barbell, which I wish to share this with everyone. My vision is to build on the already strong community we have and create a society where every member feels motivated, supported and inspired to push their limits. I believe that IC Barbell is not just a place to lift, but a place to grow, learn, and thrive together.

As Vice President, I would first like to promote inclusivity and support - ensuring that all members, regardless of experience feel welcome and supported. We would celebrate individual achievements - whether this it's a new PR or participating in a competition. Secondly I would like to host joint training sessions with other universities to boost motivation and create friendly rivavlry. In addition, I would like to organise more socials between powerlifters and weightlifters as in the end, we are part of one society. Thirdly, I would work closely with the President and execute their vision of the soceity and ensure operations remain smooth.

With your support, I will bring my enthusiasm, dedication and leadership skills and make our society even stronger!
