As a member of IC Barbell since the start of last year, I know what it was like to go from a complete newbie competing at Novice, to competing at ST, to then qualifying for higher-level competitions. I have both programmed and handled for other lifters, and am now looking to take up further responsibility as an official member of Barbell's committee. Hopefully most of you know who I am by now, and are willing to give me the opportunity to further support IC Barbell's Powerlifting division.
