Imperial has an incredible alumni network that we’re not using enough. I will set up an exclusive alumni mentorship programme, where small groups (2–5 people) will be matched with alumni who’ve already cracked the toughest recruitment processes. They’ll guide you through applications, interview prep, and industry insights providing you with real connections and real support.

Make Theory Work for You

We learn some of the most sought-after skills, but where do we actually use them? I’ll introduce workshops focused on solving real-world problems and secure company-sponsored projects where EFDS members work in small teams on industry challenges.

Networking that Works

We’ll hold workshops on networking and referrals, ensuring that when you step into a room of industry professionals, you leave with mentors, job leads, and real connections.

I will bring in guest speakers from top firms giving members direct access to insights from banking, consulting, private equity, data science, and fintech leaders.

Make it Fun

Introduce socials that mix business with fun, collaborations with other societies, and a community where you can relax as hard as you work.

This society is for you, so I’ll tailor events to what members actually want. Regular feedback means we adapt and deliver. Whether it’s a new guest speaker, technical workshops, or career-focused initiatives.
