As Electrical Engineering students, we often face intense academic demands that can take a toll on both our physical and mental wellbeing. I am running for the position of Sport and Wellness Officer because I believe that staying active and maintaining a balanced lifestyle are crucial for both academic success and personal happiness. Through this role, I aim to encourage a stronger culture of physical activity, mindfulness, and overall wellness within our department, ensuring that students have access to opportunities that help them stay healthy and connected.

If elected, I will organize regular sports activities, fitness challenges, and wellness events tailored to all levels of ability, making it easier for students to incorporate movement and relaxation into their busy schedules. Additionally, I will advocate for wellbeing initiatives that address both mental and physical health, such as stress-relief sessions and collaborative activities that build a sense of community. My goal is to create an environment where students feel empowered to take care of themselves while excelling in their studies. With my passion for sport and wellness, I am committed to making a meaningful impact in our department
