Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) surgery is a dynamic and rapidly evolving specialty that blends surgery, medicine, and technology. As President of ICSM ENT Society, I aim to expand awareness, provide hands-on learning opportunities, and support students interested in this exciting field.

With experience in leadership, medical education, and research, I am committed to making ENT more accessible and engaging for students. I will work to ensure that our society becomes a hub for education, career development, and innovation.

If elected, I will:

• Organize practical ENT workshops, including otoscopy, endoscopy simulations, and suturing sessions.
• Expand career talks and mentorship programs by connecting students with ENT surgeons and researchers.
• Develop collaborations with neurology and plastic surgery societies to highlight interdisciplinary aspects of ENT.
• Promote research opportunities by connecting students with ENT academics and facilitating research skills workshops.
• Strengthen outreach and engagement through social media campaigns, podcasts, and networking events.
