My name is Vedant, and I’m running to be Treasurer for the Remote Medicine Society next year!

I find remote medicine fascinating, and I would love the opportunity to be part of a society that explores the unique challenges and innovations in this field. Ensuring the society has strong financial management is key to organising great events, workshops, and opportunities for members, and that’s where I come in.

As Treasurer, I would be responsible for managing funds, securing sponsorships, and ensuring financial transparency to support the society’s growth. I have strong leadership and organisational skills from previous roles involving budgeting and resource management.

If elected, I will work to:

✅ Secure sponsorships and funding to expand the society’s reach.
✅ Ensure events and initiatives are well-funded and accessible to all members.
