Hi my name is Yesh and I would love to be your Orthopaedics Soc Research Lead next year!

I have developed a strong interest in orthopaedics after placements and teaching and would love to further grow this as part of Orthopadics committee. I believe Orthopaedics Soc has potential to be one of the largest societies in ICSM and I would love to be a part of making this happen. It is important in such a unique specialty to show our members how they can progress their career and portfolio in orthopaedics whilst also providing exclusive opportunities.

As research and opportunities officer I will:

• Facilitate Research Collaboration by connecting members with research opportunities and foster academic partnerships with other societies.
• Organise events such as online talks and in person workshops on how to grow research skills and learn about careers in orthopaedics.
• Support rest of committee in the fantastic work they do through the year, helping run events such as conference or teachings.

I am committed to supporting the great work of Orthopaedics Society in the upcoming year with integrity and responsibility, and together we can strengthen our society and grow it further.
