Krishnii Sivakumaran

Hello everyone, I’m Krishnii and I’m excited to apply for the role of Secretary as there’s an incredible impact that transplantation and vascular care have on patients’ lives, and I would be grateful for the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the society in this role.

Having been involved in several subcommittees, I have gained valuable experience in the organisation and operations of a society. I have managed relationships with sponsors, coordinated with team members, and understood the logistics involved in successful events. This experience has strengthened my organisational and communication skills, which are essential for the role of Secretary. I am committed to ensuring clear communication, organising meetings, and managing documentation, all to support the smooth operation and growth of the society.

In addition, my role as Head of Sponsorships in Tamil Society has honed my ability to manage sponsorships, liaise with external partners, and coordinate with charities, catering, and media partners. I have also organised charity talks and created marketing content for sponsors, further developing my skills in partnership-building and securing funding. These experiences will be invaluable in supporting the society’s events and initiatives.

I’m enthusiastic about the field of transplantation and vascular surgery, and I would be grateful for the opportunity to bring my skills to the role of Secretary.
