Tianhao Li
李天昊正在竞选CSSA主席，他是土木环境系的博士生。2023-2024学年，他担任CSSSA体育部部长，并当选为CSSA博士副主席。2024-2025学年，他担任帝国理工中国学生会执行主席，并组织了数十场面向中国学生的活动，例如元宵节写春联福字活动。加入帝国理工学院之前，他曾在联合国全球服务中心（UNGSC）全职工作六个月。在担任CSSA体育部部长期间，他组织了数十场体育活动，包括羽毛球比赛；他的团队也为华人篮球队和足球队提供了大力支持。此外，还有像“跑男”这样的大型活动。以上这些活动都为李天昊在社区中积累了良好的声誉和人脉。
如果当选，李天昊和他的同事将：
1. 对于博士生：
加强与中国高校、主要城市人才办的联系；举办高层次人才招聘研讨会；组织博士生参加海外人才回国考察，考察中国的营商环境，拓展回国就业机会。
2. 针对本科生和硕士生：
与华为、中兴、腾讯、京东、阿里、美团、字节跳动等科技公司以及中金、中信等证券公司的人力资源负责人洽谈，为本校学生提供暑期实习项目。
3. 总体：
加强文体活动服务水平，加大活动经费支持力度，组织策划体育活动、文艺表演、文化活动，以及茶话会等社交活动。
4. 组织改革：
成立校友联络部门，加强学生团体与IC中国校友会、在英国中国校友组织之间的互动。
Tianhao LI (李天昊) is running for President, he is a PhD student at CEE. During 2023-2024, Tianhao served CSSA as Head of Sports Department also elected as Deputy President (Postgraduate), and 2024-2025 Tianhao served Chinese Society as Vice President and organized dozens of events for Chinese Student. Before joining IC, Tianhao served United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) full-time for 6 months. While serving as Head of Sports Department, Tianhao organized dozens of sports activities, includes badminton matches; also his team provided support for CSSA basketball&football teams. In addition, there are also large-scale activities like Running Man. Above has accumulated a good reputation and connections in the community.
If elected, Tianhao and colleagues will:
1. For PhD students:
Strengthen liaison with university, city talent offices of China; hold talent recruitment seminars; organize PhDs to participate in overseas talent return trips to examine the industrial and commercial environment, and expand employment opportunities returning to China.
2. For undergraduate and master’s students:
Negotiate with human resources leaders from Huawei, ZTE, Tencent and other companies as well as securities firms such as CICC and CITIC to provide summer internship projects for IC students.
3. Generally:
Strengthen the service in cultural and sports activities, increase funding support, organize sports activities, drama and cultural event planned, as well as tea parties and other social event.
4. Organizational reform:
Establishment of alumni liaison department to strengthen the interaction between student groups and the IC Chinese alumni community and the British Chinese alumni community.
