Rashika Suganthan

Hi, my name is Rashika and I am a first year medical student and I am interested in running
for the Junior Treasurer role in Imperial Tamil Society.

I have greatly enjoyed attending the events hosted by Imperial Tamil Society this year and
feel that it has truly been a great addition to my first year at university and helped me meet
more like-minded individuals. Therefore, I would love to be part of the committee next year
and I believe I possess the skills needed to fulfill this role successfully.

I believe myself to be someone that is quite organised and detail-oriented which I consider to
be essential skills for a treasurer to have as I will be able to manage the budgets and ensure
all the finances are transparent and accurate. My aim as a junior treasurer is to manage the
budget effectively to continue to host amazing events as well as support the rest of the
committee.
