Hello lovely Opera,

I would be honoured if you were to elect me as your next Secretary.

I have been a member of Opera for four years having taken on the roles of MoE, Main Show Director and Main Show Producer. I think it’s fair to say I know my way around Opera.

I would love to sustain and build upon the amazing jobs our previous secretaries have done, keeping up the weekly emails with fun quizzes and interactions for Opera to get involved with. I also want to promote the suggestion segment, broadening its scope; seeing how Opera can help our members as well as any suggestions our members have to help improve Opera.

Alongside these main roles I will be a helping hand to the rest of committee; being more proactive in the committee - organising more exec – subcommittee meetings making sure everyone is on track and if there are any issues getting to the route of what they are and how us as exec can help out or guide them in the best direction. As I mentioned at the start, I have held many positions in Opera and as most of you know (maybe too well) I am always willing to yap.
