大家好！我是来自帝国理工电子电气工程专业（Electrical and Electronic Engineering）的邵鹏远（Pengyuan Shao），怀着高度的责任感与服务热情，我决定参选帝国理工中国学联（ICCSSA）2025年度秘书长（Chief Secretary）一职。

秘书长是学联日常运作的重要枢纽，既是文件与会议的组织者，也是各部门沟通协调的桥梁。在学习和项目管理中，我始终秉持严谨细致、效率优先的原则，具备良好的时间管理与协作能力，能够从容应对多任务并行和复杂事务的组织安排。

若有幸当选，我将致力于：

• 构建高效、系统的内部文档与会议管理机制；
• 加强与主席团及各职能部门的协作配合，保障各项事务顺利推进；
• 提升信息传达的及时性与准确性，增强组织协同效率；

Dear fellow students,

My name is Pengyuan Shao, and I am currently studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London. With a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for serving the community, I am honored to run for Chief Secretary of the Imperial College Chinese Society (ICCSSA) for the 2025 term.

As Chief Secretary, I will play a vital role in organizing internal operations, managing documentation, coordinating communications, and supporting the smooth execution of society events. My academic and extracurricular experiences have equipped me with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail, efficiency, and collaboration.

If elected, I will:

• Establish a structured and efficient internal documentation and meeting system;
• Ensure effective coordination with the executive committee and all departments;
• Enhance the timeliness and clarity of internal communication;
• Create a professional, efficient, and welcoming working environment for all members.
