📣 Hey I’m Daniel, a 1st year biochemistry student from Shanghai and South Korea! I'm running to be your VP of Activities because I believe students deserve a social calendar as exciting as their research! Whether it's karaoke 🎤, pub quizzes, nights out 🕺, or panels, with me as your RCSU VP of Activities, the RCSU will be the heartbeat of student life in the Faculty of Natural Sciences.

Firstly, I aim to expand RCSU's flagship events making it more accessible and enjoyable for more students. As a part of the student community, I also understand that it's daunting for new students to participate in big events. So, I aim to include more casual, low-pressure events for those who prefer smaller, more chill spaces 🛏️.
It's also vital for students to feel heard; therefore, I plan to launch forms where you can pitch your event idea that I can help make happen.
"Do you have any experience?" 🤔
Currently, I am a Biochemistry Year 1 representative and was an events officer for my highschool where I helped plan events such as Friday Night Lights that welcomed over 500 participants. These experiences made me confident with crisis-proof planning and communication between students and faculty.

The FoNS is home to the most brilliant students at Imperial, but we don't always have a chance to connect. As VP of Activities, I'll build a better RCSU that brings science students together through social activity!
